Barrington Oaks invests in traditional buyouts and management buyouts where we believe our expertise, judgement and relationships can make an impact.  We look to acquire businesses where our track-record helps drive transformation and unlock value. We take a long-term approach to our acquisitions, which includes formulating patient capital solutions.  Our view is simple: if it's a great company, why feel compelled to exit the investment.

Debt

Barrington Oaks has the flexibility to work with borrowers in need of debt financing solutions to support their long-term value creating efforts.  We are structured to offer various solutions, from mezzanine capital to support acquisitions and other growth efforts to lines of credit that support near-term, working capital needs.
